"there isn't an option of zero stars or negative rating otherwise i would be doing that. worst experience ever. i ordered 7 books on 5 june and it showed delivery in 2-3 days....then i contacted them and they said it's misplaced...later I received the order on 21 june and the packet was torn and sealed with tape on one side and 1 book was not there(Biology NCERT Exampler). What is this inknibs? First it took almost 20 days and now it is not even complete. Then i called them and they asked me whether i wanted a refund or a book i asked for book and they told me that they will send a new book in 2-3 days. they did not responded to my texts, calls for almost 18 daya. i legit called them 5 times a day daily and they dont pick up and dont reply to my texts, i wanted a refund that's simple. Then on multiple calls and continuous messages finally on 5 july legit after a whole month I got my money back. Such slow and irresponsible service. Is this what customer service looks like??"

"*Worst Experience Ever* I ordered 2 lab manual of focus learning (Bio and Chem) and I got only one (Bio). I even have the bill also. They took half money of other lab manual too. 1 book bill was 446 and they took 535. Now, they are not even responding to my calls. This is not how it works. It's a humble request: Either return my money or deliver the Chemistry Focus Learning Lab Manual of Class XII as soon as possible. I literally called on the number for more than 20 times but still no response. They come online and then ignore the messages and calls. Next time onwards, I won't make any mistake by ordering something from this site."

"Scam site If you are thinking of buying things here. Please refrain. They will make you whatsapp and call so many times and one day they will stop responding. Read the following along with the screenshots 6 May -> placed order for a whiteboard costing Rs.600 8 May -> received dispatch confirmation through whatsapp. Asked for tracking info. No response 8 May -> called them and they confirmed they will share the tracking info shortly but never shared 9 May -> Inquired about tracking info. No response 10 May -> Inquired again about the tracking info. No response 10 May -> Called them twice. Picked up only on the second time. This time they cited logistics issue due to Kashmir problem and promised to provide tracking info before EOD. Never shared. 12 May -> Inquired for the 3rd time and got a response. Asked for refund. 12 May -> Called them twice. Picked up only on the second time. This time they said the order was cancelled and refund processed. 13 May -> Inquired the cancellation status 13 May -> Called them. No response 15 May -> Called them. This time they confirmed the refund was processed. But I dint receive it. Asked to provide a proof or confirmation. But failed to provide. 19 May -> Inquired again and got a response but no use. 19 May -> Called 3 times. No response. 20 May -> Ghosted.. No response 20 May -> Called 2 times.. No response.. Ghosted Inknibs -> If you are reading this, I will register a legal complaint against you if I don't receive my refund in 2 days. I have all the necessary proofs and call recordings to substantiate my complaint."
